We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. Our outerwear is designed with a 'Tailored Active' fit, so we recommend sizing up if you plan on layering heavy knitwear underneath.
What is your shipping policy for domestic and international orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and include all necessary customs documentation.
Are IBIS Outerwear products waterproof or water-resistant?
Most of our collection features a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating. While our technical shells are fully waterproof with taped seams, our lifestyle parkas are water-resistant and designed for light to moderate precipitation.
What is your return and exchange window?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
How should I clean and maintain my outerwear?
To preserve the technical integrity of your garment, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with technical detergent and tumble drying on low heat to reactivate the water-repellent coating.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all IBIS Outerwear products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
